Copeland Insurance Agency is a family-owned and operated business that has been part of the local community since 1960 when Ed Copeland opened the first Copeland Insurance Agency in Riley, Kansas. His goal was to help local agricultural businesses, farms, and their families.
Jay Copeland joined the family business in 1982 and built upon those early goals. In the 1990s, we began to grow and expand across Northwest and Central Kansas, bringing our passion for building relationships and helping clients to new places. Vonda Copeland changed to full time in 2001. Today, we have locations in Abilene, Junction City, Kansas City, Manhattan, Marysville, Riley, Salina, Topeka, Wamego, and an office in Nebraska. No matter how big we grow, we’re committed to one thing: we care about people, not policies.
